Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is horrible. The employees don’t even look at your face when you are trying to tell them something!! The portions are unbelievable, every day serving less! The place is dirty and the service very slow.

Pack your patience; this place gets packed! The food and service is great.

Second time we order from this specific location they allow for you to pay for chips and salsa they do not have and ask you to go to the website to claim your moneyback. disappointing, + no utensils or napkins for the to go order.

I've been to a couple Chipotle locations and I must say this may be the most consistent, reliable location to visit. Lines are usually long, but even when they're long the line moves smooth and pretty fast. I've got to the front of line before and forgot my wallet in my car, and they keep the line rolling like if nothing happened. Solid service, employees are friendly, and the food is great... I've had zero issues with the service/food at this location. I would recommend this location to anyone who's looking for a quick lunch in the area.

I gave it s threw star because the service was good the cleaning was just about right. But the amount of food they gave its clients didnt go. With the pricing at all. To overly pricd.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.. Horrible service, cold food, and terrible portions.

NEEDS A MANAGER THAT KNOWS HOW TO DELEGATE... or JUST NEEDS MANAGEMENT PERIOD!!Service was horrible...waited 27 min to get food. The line was out the door and only 1 girl serving the plates while another girl was cleaning the take out work station. I spoke to the manager (cook) said they were short handed. I told him the girl cleaning should be assisting the line to alleviate the wait for the clients, not cleaning while the server girl (obviously frustrated and unhappy as were the clients) was suffering not getting any help.

I was very disappointed with this location. The wait in the line was unlike any other location. It was ridiculously long for no good reason. More than 40 minutes waiting in line.

It is a good place to enjoy Mexican food. It doesn't have much variety in its menu options, but it's a clean place and the service is generally good.

Food quality has been good. But since this pandemic. Service has gone down. Food quantity has also gone down. The system to pick up is horrible. Food quantity leveled to the container has been to approximately 1/3. I eat alot out tbh and gave them 4 chances. But I cant. Sorry chipotle i need a resolution.

I was so disappointed with this location. I came here about 6 months ago and the service was great and the food & ingredients were FRESH and everything looked clean etc. I went today and the Guacomole look nasty the food did not look fresh. The chips I ordered had to much lemon , and looked like they were left to long in oil. The Guacomole tasted so BAD. And did not look good to eat at all. I will not be returning here.the cashier was also very slow and I was waiting to long for something that can be done in less then 10 minutes to be rung up. Fast food restaurants are fast paced that's not acceptable and food should always be fresh and prepared correctly.

Two times I've gone in here and they don't have ingredients, fajitas , meats. They aren't even trying to cook more. Go to another chipotle.

I’ve ordered 3 times on the app for pick up and 1 time on UberEats for delivery, and each time they make my order wrong. Ordering on the app for pick up is a waste of time, I placed an order and it stated would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes. Got there and still had to wait another 15 minutes and they got the order totally wrong. So might as well just wait the line, it’ll probably be faster and they MIGHT get your order correct. Better management is needed and employees need to accurately make the orders.

25 minute wait for one simple order take out and I got wrong order on top of that.

I am very disappointed from this Chipotle. After staying in line for a long time, I found out that they run out of the green peppers and onions, run out of guacamole because of a shortage they said, and finally they had run out of corn. So I paid the same price for my veggie bowl as I always pay but half of the ingredients are missing. Not even an apology from the horrible customer service. Definitely not coming back here!

Food was great it was fresh i know the location gets busy but thats no excuse for the lobby and restroom to be dirty all the tables in the lobby were dirty i had to wipe mine down personally in oreder to eat cause if not i would of got guac on my arms and the servings are pretty small the workers need to put more food for the price not happy.

every single time i come to this chipotle there’s always a problem with the food shortage, i just stood for about 30 minutes after they told us that the sofritas will be done in 8 minutes, and at the end of it all they said they didn’t have any. it doesn’t make sense!! how are you gonna tell a person that they’re making the food and end up not having it at all. sadly this is my nearest chipotle, but i most definitely recommend going to the one in Hialeah Gardens

I was pleasantly surprised to see so much diversity at this Chipotle! The workers were professional and the food was served fresh. It was refreshing to be in the presence of so many young people that understand the art of customer service! Please give Dee Jay the raise that he deserves because his mannerism is definitely an asset to this location.

Great place to enjoy good Mexican food. Excellent customer service. The mariscos is good and the vibe inside is comfortable.

My food was good BUT the Manager by the name of Angelia has terrible customer service. Super rude to her employees. I know and understand we're going thru some tough times but treat others with respect and courtesy. Smile and being a little nice gets you a LONG way :)

Nice place, but the employees are so slow. They see that the line is 20 people but they move even slower, doesn’t look like there is a manager on site.The food is good the place is clean overall.

4th time ive ordered delivery from here in good faith and all 4 times they have failed to properly serve accordingly to the order. I hate to write a complaint and give it one star but honestly its the worst chipotle ive encountered thus far.

Horrible customer service at this chipotle ! The wait line is crazy long. You order extra portions and they never give it to you, I ordered extra portions online and they refused to give it to me. They wanted to charge me for it. I walk out disappointed from this chipotle. I have been to different locations and I’ve never been treated horrible like the one in Hialeah on 49th st. They need to work on they’re customer service. And also be a little more organized !

Just waited in line for 15 mins while some of the employees stood around talking. Another 10 mins serving me (just 3 tacos) to then wait for the cashier to show up and what puts the icing is they did not have change for a $20 and cashier said they couldn’t do anything about. Not good service at all! I only indicated one estar because it will not let me post with out selecting a star and honestly the staff customer service skills does not deserve any star.

The funny thing is though, I went for dinner. I asked the server about the apple butter on the brunch menu and you know what! He made it happen for me at dinner service! I was so grateful for him going above and beyond for me to try their apple butter, I was ready to give them 5 stars for service alone but then things got even better.

Found a long black hair in my Chicken Burrito.... I'm blonde. Sorry, but the girl behind the counter really need's to put a bun, and pick up that hair. I'm not a hater because I'd go again. It'll just take it while before I can forget that experience.

I am doordash come to this store and the lady in the front say me that I do not have a food the a customer that he pay for internet,is not true is lies,she is unprofessional,I had that cancel the order the customer and say me that the customer pick up this is not true!!Please change the person in the front and put a person more professional for work with the public

This place is a very nice resteraunt to have a late night chill or an afternoon brunch. It's got tasty food and recyclable utensils. The service is great. The only reason I put a 4 star was because sometimes they don't have all of the ingredients I need for my delicious meal. I would suggest this place to everyone.

It used to be one of my favor places to have a quick lunch but the last few visits I've been disappointed with the undercooked rice and the long wait

The food could’ve been better

The slowest chipotle of the land! They never wipe down tables, pick up trash off the floor and always run out of meat. Worst chipotle ever!!!!! One staff member on the line ALWAYS.

A+ | There are not many A+ grades I give, but surprisingly Chipotle is a cut above the rest. Customization is plentiful, very nice portions, and you can always hound for more of a specific topping. The expense is very reasonable, I believe for a chain this one has the recipe.

This location is surprisingly always busy, but the staff is consistently friendly and expediting as best as they can. Their soda fountain and utensils tend to run low, but they're readily available to assist the customers. It's in a convenient location where you don't have to get too into the heart of the infamous 49th st.

Well online ordered for 1pm. It is now 1:30pm. Order still not ready as of now

Too many fairly new employees. To many of them didn't know what to do. But the food was pretty okay. Thank to whoever the cook was on 10/21/2019.

The only thing wrong is that they play the bad music too loud. Otherwise it's great food!
